hadros Recruitment is working with a leading Renewable Energy developer that is backed by one of the world's largest private equity funds, and they are looking for an Investment Associate with strong financial modeling and execution experience to join their growing team in the Philippines.

The Investment Associate will work closely with a team of experienced investment professionals with decades of experience originating and closing complex infrastructure transactions, to conduct financial modeling and to provide execution support for both greenfield and brownfield renewable energy investments across Asia. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review financial models for greenfield and brownfield (M&A) renewable energy projects across Asia. 
  • Assist in performing commercial viability, financial and valuation analysis.
  • Undertake relevant market or comparable analysis to support commercial or financial valuation analysis and to support transaction due diligence.
  • Perform due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of strategic transactions.
  • Provide execution support encompassing financial analysis of deal structures, documentation assistance and development, relevant credit analysis, and post-financial close monitoring.
  • Conduct preparation and review of materials used for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
 
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of financial modelling experience in Project Finance, Credit Analysis, Transaction Advisory or Corporate Banking.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in the power or infrastructure sector preferred
  • Preferably with experience and working knowledge of the investment landscape across Asia
